I completed my training at CenterPoint Therapeutic Massage in 2014, supplemented by advanced training in Shiatsu, Thai Massage, and Active Isolated Stretching.

My approach to massage integrates elements from each modality, focusing on the therapeutic aspects to facilitate muscle and fascia recovery. I analyze the body from a mechanical and clinical perspective, drawing from my experience in aircraft maintenance during my time in the Air Force.

My commitment lies in providing effective treatments that promote healing and overall well-being.

In 2014, I transitioned from traditional spa practices to John Barnes’ Myofascial Release (JFB MFR ®️) approach, which answered many questions left by massage school. Intrigued by the concept that “fascia carries the signal of life, consciousness,” I became passionate about this work; which has led me to including many perspectives from Gabor Mate’s Development Model focusing on attachment wounds and early childhood experiences as roots for our present day dis-ease. Planning together with the perspectives of Chinese medicine, we may see how our emotions lead to the irreducible needs going unmet in our life.

My journey has included collaboration with leading touch therapy practitioners, pursuing a Master’s in Chinese Medicine, and studying various manual therapy modalities including Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Neural Manipulations, all of which have enriched my therapeutic practice and provide a foundation to supporting personal growth to promoting healing and balance.

I am Jeanne Lecher, and I’ve spent over 40 years walking alongside the healing journeys of others—through nursing, massage therapy, energy work, and soul facilitation.

But what I offer is not just technique or modality. It is presence. It is listening. It is a deep honoring of the body as a sacred place of truth, memory, and becoming.

My path has always been guided by one devotion: To help others know themselves—fully. Because when you know who you are, the world no longer defines you. You begin to move from clarity instead of confusion. From sovereignty instead of survival.

Whether I’m holding space in a SoulBody Massage session, guiding a retreat group, or in presence with a 1-1 quantum soul retrieval, my intention is the same: To support your return to what has always been true within you.

You are not broken. You are not behind. You are not waiting to be made whole.

You are remembering.

And it is my joy and devotion to walk beside you as you do.

From as far back as I can remember, I have always been drawn to helping others, offering a listening ear, compassionate support, and guidance during difficult times. That inner calling led me to pursue an undergraduate degree in psychology followed by a master’s degree in education.

Early in my professional career, I had the privilege of working with at-risk children and families, a role that deeply fulfilled my desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Over time, however, my own personal health journey introduced me to the profound impact of natural healing and restorative wellness. Experiencing life-changing support from gifted holistic practitioners inspired me to follow a new path, one focused on helping others heal at a deeper level.

Today, I specialize in mind-body wellness and root-cause healing, helping clients uncover the underlying imbalances that may be interfering with the body’s innate ability to heal and repair. My training includes Health Coaching, Functional Nutritional Therapy (FNTP), Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP) certification, as well as additional studies in Mind-Body Medicine and Quantum Biofeedback.

I believe true healing begins by listening deeply, not only to symptoms, but to the story the body is trying to tell. Through tools such as The Light System, deep listening, nutritional assessment, and functional lab testing when appropriate, I work collaboratively with clients to create a more supportive environment for restoration, balance, and vitality.

At the core of my philosophy is the belief that each of us has tremendous capacity to influence our own health, energy, and longevity through our thoughts, intentions, environment, and daily lifestyle choices. Healing is not something we force, it is something we create space for.

With over twenty years of experience as a test technician in the manufacturing environment, I developed strong troubleshooting skills that have proven invaluable in my current role as a healing professional.

My passion for natural healing led me to CranioSacral Therapy, where I apply my analytical abilities to address the complexities of the human body.

My mission is to assist individuals experiencing physical and emotional discomfort, facilitating healing through this gentle hands-on approach. It is both rewarding and fulfilling to help release deep-seated tensions, ultimately relieving pain and dysfunction for my clients.

I began my massage therapy career in 1992 after graduating from Northern Lights Massage Therapy School, furthering my education at the Minnesota Center for Shiatsu Studies. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and pregnancy massage, and I recently earned certification in Special Populations through CenterPoint Massage Therapy School. Currently, I also offer Reiki and Reflexology and am expanding my skills by learning CranioSacral Therapy. My experience spans chiropractic clinics, salons, and independent contracting, where I have dedicated myself to helping clients achieve their goals in pain relief, stress reduction, and relaxation.

WHO ARE YOU? I’m Tonnie, former bruiser; current healer. I was raised on a hog and beef farm in the northwest corner of Illinois. Wrestling with pigs and my brothers as a youngster lead me to pursue the sport of rugby while attending Gustavus Adolphus college.

Rugby is gloriously fun; and brutal. One can only function with numb arms along with constant neck and shoulder pain for so long. I needed some help. I found a practitioner who offered me the gift of her loving touch using a technique called Network Spinal. I felt like a human again. Actually, I started to feel like a super-human. Not only did my physical symptoms start to go away, but my brain and being felt upgraded.

I decided that I too wanted to help other humans feel like super humans.

WHAT IS THIS PLACE? This is a place for seekers. Do you feel like you just want more? More ease in your body, more ease in your being, more vibrancy in your life and more pizzazz in your step?

WHY SHOULD I CARE? Because life is too short to feel like crap all the time.

IS IT TRUE THAT YOU ONCE LIFTED A CAR? The rumors are true. On the way to our rugby match, my friend and I got a flat tire. The car jack raised the car about an inch shy of the height required to get the job done. Network Spinal allows me to sometimes make careless choices with my body and still be able to walk. Warning: one’s mileage may vary.

WHAT IF I’M TICKLISH? Yes, Network Spinal is an extremely gentle healing modality, however, tickling is not part of the process.

HOW COME YOUR TABLES LOOK A LITTLE BEAT UP? Because sometimes I drag them over to 3rd world countries to offer my healing gifts to the masses. I’ve had the privilege of sharing my work on healing mission trips to India and Africa.
